For many years, I lived in the rhythm of a fast-paced corporate world—constantly striving, achieving, and pushing forward. Yet beneath the surface, I felt a quiet longing for peace, balance, and meaning. That inner call led me on a journey around the world—to yoga sanctuaries, meditation retreats, and sacred ashrams—where I began to reconnect with my True Self.
During this time, I discovered the profound power of hypnosis. It became the bridge between my restless mind and my calm inner being. Through hypnosis, I was able to release anxiety, let go of emotional tension, and awaken a sense of serenity I had never known before.
Inspired by my own transformation, I followed the path of becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist and founded HypnoSerene—a space dedicated to helping others find the same calm, confidence, and clarity within. My mission is to guide others in softening the mind, healing from within, and rediscovering the peace that is already theirs.
Through both personal transformation and professional training, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how the subconscious mind influences our emotions, habits, and sense of self.
